How we handle your information.

Celebration Sing Out! collects the details you give us when you register to sing, volunteer, buy a ticket or donate, and uses them only to run the concert and keep you informed about it.

We keep singer and school registrations so we can plan rehearsals, allocate voice parts and contact you about concert day. Newsletter subscribers can unsubscribe from any email. Ticketing is handled by Humanitix and donations by the Sydney Children's Hospitals Foundation, each under their own privacy policies.

We don't sell or share your details with anyone outside the organisation and its partner orchestra, TOPS, except as needed to run the event. To see, correct or remove your information, email celebrationsingout@gmail.com.

This page replaces a policy last updated in October 2018 and should be reviewed by the committee before the site goes live.
